Currently, we are not operating as a membership ASSOCIATION.  When we changed our name in 2006 from El Programa de Ayuda to Latino Community Association, we clearly had in mind the possibility of doing so.

It remains a good possibility, which explains our putting a "Join Our Association" page on our website, however, we are continuing to weigh the pros and cons of managing a membership and providing a service to our members that would return a significant value to you without overburdening our small staff.
